The place and service was very professional and the staff is nice. However, I did not have a good treatment. The beard trimming was very amateur and there was no shaving or shape ups. The haircut was better. The place is not prepared for men's grooming.

Excellent from the moment I walked in the door. Gus is a very experienced and knowledgable man and the service was exceptional throughout. Meeting Oscar (the cat) was also a cute addition.
