Worst haircut experience. On arrival I was informed the stylist I booked was not working today (would have appreciated a call). Booked in advanced however waited approx 45 mins. I asked for a trim, hair was not sectioned at all so it’s all uneven. The rough dry was unpleasant to the point I asked the stylist to stop. Finally I didn’t appreciate the unsolicited opinion/criticism about my hair’s condition as nearly ‘dead’ (reminder salons have been closed!), I’m aware it’s overdue some TLC!
Absolutely awful. I’ve been going to “Luna” who I was booked in with for nearly 5 years. Because I booked through Treatwell I was told by the salon that I can’t get a refund. I was lied to about why Luna wasn’t there, I was fobbed off to another member of staff, the wrong colour was out on my hair and it had to be redone. Salon was freezing, an awkward atmosphere and nobody is cleaning anything down. Considering covid, no one is sanitising ANYTHING..
