The guy was lovely, but the cut was horrific.
Was done very quickly, was in and out within half an hour, he didn’t measure the length at all at any point throughout the cut, just hacked away, looked at it and hoped for the best.
When I got home and looked at it it was all very visibly different lengths! I had to return the following day to get it sorted, his response was oh it’s different lengths, sorry.
He did sort it out but at £30 for a wash and trim I felt this was not ok. Will not return

I went with very little idea of what I wanted - except to know that my current highlights were not only (very) grown out, but starting to take on an orange tinge! Cristina was very patient and did a beautiful colour (despite my lack of input with me to give me a lovely cut and blowdry. Never felt rushed at all (despite me feeling bad for the lady that was waiting!). I travelled from Kent to London to have my hair done and would definitely go back
