Went for a cut and came away with something different to what I'd asked. My hair had been blowdried in a way that meant I couldn't really see the details of the cut until I next washed it - but I've since discovered that, what was supposed to be 'soft layers' at the front is actually two thick shorter bits and then the rest of the length with no graduation. I also asked for layers all round which aren't there. I wouldn't go back and will probably have to get it re-cut to fix the problem at the front.
