No nonsense excellent cut I do enjoy it when I feel heard but in safe hands. A brief chat, a pleasant exchange and then in for a great cut. no up selling - no rail roading, just a good cut that was exactly what I asked for. She even told me her tactics as she got to know my hair. I will be back
