So disappointed by the way I was treated. Leaving a door open while my hair was being washed on the coldest day so far. It had been snowing that morning. Really odd and staff didn’t really know how to make my experience better.

I had the most amazing experience at this salon! All the staff were friendly, kind & generous with beverages & chocolates on offer but the lady who did my colour Louna went over and above she is a marvel she listened to my concerns and put me as ease instantly. I highly recommend this place 5 ***** is not enough !
