My booking was postponed but I didn’t get the email letting me know till the afternoon afterwards (possibly a Treatwell issue rather than the salon, though?). Even so, when I turned up on time (I.e. very early!) the staff were friendly and welcoming and apologised for the wait before making me a coffee. I don’t have a very adventurous cut but they did a good job and the salon was busy - a good sign!

Last minute blow dry for the xmas party. Conveniently close to my house. Great I was able to book last minute! They were of course very busy and my appointment started on time. Wash and blowdry was ok- very natural wavy blowdry on the day but felt a little greasy the next day.. looked great for the party though which was the main idea!

The woman doing my hair did not speak any English; therefore, I could not communicate with her at all. Another person working there claimed that she was supervising but I am absolutely not willing to pay for a haircut if I cannot communicate with the person cutting my hair.
