Very pleased with my hair, the colour and cut are great. I was just disappointed with the service. The woman doing my hair disappeared half way through (saying her colleagues would look after me) while my colour was still on. And it felt like they’d forgotten about me - I had to ask a few times how long it needed to be on for. During the toner treatment the woman was talking to other people and answering her phone so kept stopping. The same happened during the cut. I had to say ‘I’m in a hurry, I need to go soon.’ I was in there about 45 mins longer than needed to be. I think they were understaffed, but she accepted a few walk-ins during this time, fine, but don’t let customers who have booked wait. She did apologise, but I still feel it wasn’t good enough service. I work in a busy office nearby and would have recommended the salon, but I can’t.

Great salon, terrible service from Treatwell!! They emailed me about 10 minutes before my appointment, delaying it by an 1hr 15mins. Luckily the salon still fit me in (thanks!!). So had a small wait, but after that a great haircut.

Alvaro did an absolutely fabulous job of my hair today!! He was incredibly professional and worked very carefully despite the fact the salon was really busy! Another customer had a lot of complaining to do because it was so busy and her hair had taken longer but I was so impressed with how well the stylists dealt with it. I hope her review doesn’t deter anyone from visiting! If you’re wanting anything blonde, Alvaro is your guy! I’ll be back for sure 😊 Thanks so much!!
