Couldn’t be happier with my wash, treatment, cut and blow dry! My stylist really listened to what I wanted but also was able to add her own expertise. The salon was clearly overbooked but the staff were very attentive and worked hard to keep on top of things, despite some customers being rude! Overall a great experience, so pleased with the results, lovely staff and great value for money!

I had a very disappointing experience at Cutting Crew and will be seeking a refund. It turned out that Luna, who I had booked with, was not there, so I had a Brazilian guy who was trying to do two people at the same time. He managed the situation badly and I was concerned about multiple aspects of the haircut itself.
The most worrying thing was that he did not seem to understand what I wanted due to a language barrier, and for example didn't ask where I wore my parting or how I wanted my hair to be blow-dried.
My haircut is fine, although it is not exactly what I wanted. Luckily I didn't want anything complicated. I am sorry for leaving a bad review because the guy became quite friendly after the other customer left, and the salon clearly has great reviews for Luna. Evidently the guy I had has a different approach to haircuts compared with what I am used to at local salons in a similar price range. He was also under pressure due to the double booking.
I asked for a discount and was told the manager would call me the next day to discuss, but they haven't yet.

Very happy with my haircut with Luna on my first visit to the salon. She was really welcoming and took the time to discuss the style beforehand and during, so it wasn't shorter than I wanted.
