Completely unprofessional. I came in for a trim of long hair as was specified on booking and face-to-face to a hairstylist, walked out with half cut, shopped into bit hair cut until shoulders. I was utterly devastated with the outcome and came back to the salon for a haircut correction as my hair was ruined by what I found out to be a barber who took over his colleague and gave me a 'trim'. I was refused a refund and even though the lady 'corrected' my hair as much as it was possible, it is still ruined and cut very short to what I wanted, including that I had to wait for the woman giving me a second treatment for almost 3 hours to give me a treatment as she was running around the salon trying to serve 15 more clients. Further to this, I advice you to not step a foot at this salon - save your hair and money - go to a different one!

My ends were quite dry but I didn’t want to cut them as I am trying to grow my hair. The Inoar treatment was great and my hair looks lively and strong again. In addition, my stylist Simone gave me a wonderful head massage!
