Booked the INOAR treatment, trim, and blow dry. I was ushered into the shampoo station without anyone first looking at my hair and current style. The towel used around my neck was damp (i.e., likely previously used). After the shampoo and a decent head massage, the treatment was applied. I had to lay my head in the sink at an awkward neck angle during the entire 10 minutes or so the treatment was marinating. When I was shown to the stylist, I showed him a few photos and told him I wanted a clean straight cut/trim but because my hair is heavy at the bottom, maybe he can do some some thinning. He said he understand and just trimmed straight across with no thinning and no cutting after the blow dry. He seemed skilled with the scissors but the ends of my hair are not exactly straight. Seemed like he only wanted to put in the minimal effort (he kept saying "straight, straight." When I left to pay, they tried to charge me more than my booking and I had to show them the Treatwell email with the price. Also, cash-only so I had to go across the street to a cash point. All in all, not a great experience. I could have had better results by doing a mask at home. Salon seemed cramped and a bit rundown.

The staff really made this experience the best possible. Luna and her colleague were so friendly and helpful it really put me at ease. I went with a young girl that I nanny for and they gave her her own space to hang out after she got cut and was waiting for me to be done with my hair. They also offered us drinks and snacks. They really know what they are doing and gave me exactly the color I asked for. I will definitely be going back here for my future cuts and colors.
