I got caught in traffic and was ten minutes late so couldn't get my haircut. The friendly staff try to find another slot but they were so busy and I could come back in three hours time. They also checked the barbers in Covent Garden but they were just as busy. Shame as I've been here before and was really happy, just bad timing and busy central London at Christmas. The worst part is that I couldn't get a refund as I booked through Treatwell. I won't be booking through here again just as I wouldn't want to risk paying £35 for a haircut that doesn't happen because I get caught out travelling there.
