The overall experience would have been a 5 star if it weren't for the fact that my appointment was booked for the previous month. Thankfully I had proof of the correct date and the staff were able to fit me into the next available seat. Mazie was awesome and gave me great tips on maintaining my beard. I'd definitely return the next time I visit England. Next time I will contact the shop directly and book directly.
