Tino did a fantastic job, it was my first cut here and I will definitely be back. He gave real consideration to the job in hand, shared with me options with good advice, was personable, friendly, expert and professional. Highly recommended.
They cancelled on me
Originally saw this place on YouTube so decided to check them out as I was impressed by the beard trims. I booked online but on the day they called to tell me they couldn't honour my appointment but gave me a different time after calling them. When I arrived I was ushered into the basement which was dark and looked like a building site, the chairs where uncomfortable and the barber didn't inspire confidence. He was a nice guy but the skills were just average and he didn't give me what I wanted, he made my sides too short without shape and left me with a triangle on top and a beard trim that wasn't anything special. One tip for you guys, the best barbers continually ask the client if they are happy with the length etc and explain what they doing thoroughly. It was an unpleasant experience to have your hair scraped with a damaging cheap plastic comb. Also my arms were left completely uncovered so my jumper was covered in hairs by the end and I wasn't given any facecloth or tissue, just left with hairs all over my face. Then to top it off they tried to charge me more than the online price which is still a rip off for what you get. Do not fall for this place, you won't get the experience you see on YouTube, you will get a newbie and a below average haircut and poor service, I feel betrayed, shame on you beard brand, shame on you cut and grind, you are no Ruffians, yet you charge top dollar. Disgusted.
