I booked this place because it had good reviews. Only after I booked and paid, they told me a patch test is required and asked me to reschedule with a week. When I went, they told me they double booked and asked me to wait for 30 minutes before telling me they won’t have time to do me, and rescheduled with another week. I wanted a balayage and instead I look like a skunk at the front and it’s a total mush of grey and dark everywhere else. If you don’t want to look like an old lady, don’t go!

I enjoyed my visit to Cut & Glow as I always do. Lauren did a great job cutting my hair and I was very happy with the whole experience. I have been a client for quite a while now and am always satisfied with the service I receive.
