I wanted short beach waves. Unfortunately, she gave me a short bob which is nothing like the picture I showed her. She cut the hair too short and it looks all one level. Also she put a plastic cover over me which covered my front but didn't cover my back, meaning all the cut hair was on the back of my outfit. The hairstylist told me that she had the flu and that she was managing on paracetamol. Maybe that is why the haircut was bad. I wish she had taken the day off sick and saved me my money.
