Sadly not the best wax. Have been before and always good. Seemed fairly rushed and when I got home on closer inspection quite a few hairs had been left inside.. which I needed to tweeze. I also don't think it's professional to use your phone whilst customer is laying bottomless on their front waiting for the wax to cool.. bit awkward and uncomfortable
