I had a reservation for 17:00, but was only called at 17:07, and the session ended with me finishing getting dressed at 17:56. I understand that the actual treatment time isn’t exactly 60 minutes, and changing time was included, but still, it felt like I lost time.
The facility is clean, but there were no baskets or hangers to put my clothes in. I had to leave them on the floor.
