Arrived on time, was asked when I booked my appointment. Was it yesterday? No it was 6 days ago! Turned out they over booked and asked if I could come back later! After I told them to forget it, the stylist said she can squeeze me in but had to wait 30 mins.
They did apologize.
Explained how I'd like my hair cut but turned out to look nothing like what I had asked for!
I won't be going back there, it felt rushed. Stylist was friendly and nice though but I could see the pressure which was a shame

I didn't have Lauren as my stylist, it was Shen who was brilliant. However, she was overbooked and needed someone else to wash out my hair who had got the dye on my top. The owner said I needed to pay extra for long hair but we had a discussion over what is considered long,as my partners hair is much longer than mine and was having hers cut as long hair so I booked medium. Just seemed Trivial if you ask me. They just seem to over book rather than allowing the stylist to spend time on the client
