It was my first time at this salon and I'm very happy with the mani+pedi. Radhika was friendly and did a great job at tackling my neglected hands and feet. She checked what I wanted each step of the way and made me feel comfortable. The OPI gel colour came out well.

Unorganised, double booked and short staffed, i did not have the hairdresser allocated through the app in fact the wash and straightening was done by 2 members of staff who were clearly not hairdressers. A wash and blow dry is meant to leave you with a light, bouncy and smooth finish. The wash involved pouring shampoo on my hair and rubbing it over the hair not at roots. I hate leaving bad reviews however this was honestly the worst wash & blowdry i have ever had. Left with dirty, brittle, limp
