Booked a haircut here because it was affordable and had space last minute on a weekend. I booked on the app but was told that they didn’t have availability at the time I booked after making the booking, so had to change my time slot. I was the last customer of the day and the whole experience felt really rushed. They were running a little bit late and when I arrived, I was barely greeted as they were so busy, and nobody sat me down before having my hair washed to see what my hair was like or what kind of style I normally had. The staff were clearly overworked but were friendly enough. The hairdresser then styled a side fringe which I hadn’t asked for and cut off an extra two inches of my hair than had been agreed. The haircut itself looks fine but I don’t feel like they listened to what I really wanted, and it’s a lot shorter than my usual style. Bit disappointed overall, but I suppose you get what you pay for.
