The lady tried to charge me £8 extra after the treatment. I showed her the description written on treatwell but she said it was different anyway. I told her that she should have mentioned before the treatment not after. I was shouted at and told to go away. I felt really bad even though I didn't do anything wrong. Very bad customer service.
