Went in for a bleach and toner after four months in lockdown. Stylist was attentive despite them being very busy, I would really recommend. Bleach is hard to get right as fans will know, and they get it right for a good price.

Unfortunately there wasn’t enough communication even though I showed pictures and tried to explain what I was after, asked for balayage but had a mixture of highlights and balayage which turned out stripey and the colour wasn’t lifted enough leaving a brassy colour, I asked for it to be fixed to which they added another toner (no more lifting) which didn’t do much. Upsetting that I voiced my concerns and disappointment and got nothing except a standard ‘it looks great’. I understand it was the first week back from lockdown but was really disappointed, hopefully it was a one off.

I have been here several times now and really happy with my hair cut every time! Really lovely team there, I always feel very welcome. In current Covid situation I was reassured by all staff wearing masks (I wore one too throughout), and hand sanitiser gel was available.
