Gianluca was very professional and friendly even if I was very disappointed that they had to charge me an extra £40 to dye my hair (bought a bleach package didn’t include the colour- which is ridiculous to me). I asked for a strawberry blond and ended up blonde. I said I didn’t like it and he applied a toner to correct it. I was really happy with the service but not the price. £180 in total is too expensive

Great first haircut since lockdown!
Only let down is they had kept me waiting about 20mins, luckily left plenty of time for my shift at work

Had to pay an extra 40 GBP as not part of the bleaching+ cut+blow dry package (I originally paid 140 GBP...). I thought the colour was included: when you bleach your whole head, you would dye your hair? I thought so. My bad.
But the stylist was really friendly and professional although he got my colour wrong the first time, he applied a toner and made it better for me.
