I was warmly welcomed by the staff and offered a drink whilst I waited. I was taken to the treatment room swiftly and Lenka gave me a hollywood wax. She was lovely and made sure I was okay throughout. I am fairly new to the West Hampstead area and will definitely be coming back as a regular!!
