As always Crystalise are so nice, professional and friendly. Due to train delays I was half an hour late to my appointment and they were so understanding and friendly (even though it was the last appointment of the day).

Lovely atmosphere in the salon, the staff are great and very welcoming. They did a great job with my hair - I was booked in for balayage but I wasn’t that sure on what I wanted so we looked through photos together and decided on something. Very happy with the result, really nicely done.
