As my first professional wax, it was much less painful than expected. The treatment was quick and the beautician was friendly and professional. The leg wax left a few of the shorter hairs behind but the Hollywood was perfect

Really nice welcoming ladies and very happy with the colour overall. I would say that the front balayage is a bit lighter than I would have liked on reflection but it looks good. The cut is very good and the blow dry lasted days! One of the best blow drys I have had. The ladies also gave me some freebies and a free polish change which was a really nice touch. I did pay an additional £50 for toner and olaplex which was a bit unexpected as I thought that the toner would be included in the cost of the balayage, it kind of took me by surprise and whilst I paid it, it did take it from a relatively reasonable experience to a quite expensive one. But I’d say overall it’s worth it as my hair looks good
