I recently moved to London from another country and wanted a completely new haircut. The stylist was attentive, explained her procedure well, and executed a wonderful cut. The scalp massage was amazing! And she styled my hair just as I had verbalized. Everyone was so professional, the host was friendly and efficient, the attendant cleaned constantly, and the stylist was caring and attentive. I will go back often to keep my new cut fresh!
