I really don't like leaving bad reviews but feel I have no choice. My facial didn't start brilliantly, a general uneasy feeling started with the therapist asking what treatment I was having, in my opinion it's her job to know that beforehand. She then was quite rough and the experience felt rushed rather than relaxing. The peak came when she had no idea how to use the steamer effectively and had no idea where to place it... resulting in my hand being burnt as she put it so close to my body. She clearly needed far more training than she had had. The whole experience couldn't have been further from relaxing. Such a shame as the first facial I had there was wonderful. On top of this it's the second time the salon had double booked my appointment, something I would have overlooked probably had it not been for the rather disappointing and unprofessional experience I had today.
