wonderful salon and welcoming staff that cannot do enough for you. i am so delighted with my brazilian blow dry. hair feels in great condition and the stylist was very informative on the haircut that would best suit my facial features. looking forward to my next appointment which i have already booked in.
I went for a balayage and I had the most awful experience ever! It was the first time I dyed my hair, I was looking for options so I decided for a balayage as it is suppose to give you a sun-kissed natural looking hair color.
I was in the Salon from 11.30 am to 4pm! (My app was for 11. but I was asked to go later as It was busy) something went wrong with the tone as after application it went dark again, my hair had to be washed, clarified and don't know what else so many times.
The man doing my hair had to go and ask his colleague for advice, then she took over as He had to see other client....(I don't even know if He finished with my hair cut! )
I was tired, hungry so I just wanted the nightmare to finish as soon as possible! I was told by the hairdresser that I should leave the salon feeling 100% happy...but excuse me,,after siting there for 4 1/2 hrs I just wanted to go home!!! She kindly, asked me to come back next day...which I regretfully did! ...
Again another evening in the salon from 6.45 pm to 9pm!! and the first thing I was asked ,,so what is the problem with the hair?? show me a picture of how it is suppose to be?? ...(then i knew how big mistake it was to be back)...How I m suppose to show you something that I discussed with the stylist the day before !! ..It meant that she didn't even discuss with her colleague how it should be and what she should do next day...so why I was asked to go back next day??..because everybody was tired???
So I had to suffer the consequences....My hair now is horrible, as a result of the many washes, rubbing and colouring intents my hair now is very dry and the ends split and damaged. I paid in total £89 for something that is not worth at all, due to the final result and the damaged caused in my hair. In addition to that, I am not sure if the haircut was finished, as I mentioned before another stylist took over and the other one went to see another customer. Although, the hairdresser was nice and tried to help, She shouldn't had offer me to go back next day. She didn't discuss it with her colleague plus she was very busy and I can imagine tired as well... Promising your customers that you can solve the problem when you can't is not a good customer service and I am sorry to say but I definitely wont go back....

Excellent customer service. When something during my appointment did't go according to plan , the owner made sure that I left the salon not only feeling satisfied with the service but also that I would come back. And I did. They also have a lovely girl Andrea who does the waxing. Almost pain-free!
Limited choice of colours
Poor quality of manicure and gel nail colour was so faint I can still see the nail through it and it is uneven
