Really lovely venue and staff. It was pouring down with rain when I arrived and even though I was just booked in for a manicure and pedicure, they blow-dried my hair so that I wasn't sat like a drowned rat for two hours which was a lovely touch. The service was fantastic and I'll definitely be returning!

Good treatment at a very competitive price. However, my nails chipped the next day which was a surprise, because it's meant to last a week. The beautician here is lovely and so friendly and I would recommend her. This was my second pedicure here and was surprised that both times, no cream was used on my feet, which is very unusual because after all the filing and exfoliating, foot cream is essential. Had to go home and moisturise my feet immediately as they were very dry. Great job on my toenails though. I will say that my one point of displeasure was that the salon changed my appointment time by email (not phone) at less than an hours notice. They brought the time forward by half an hour because they'd booked someone in immediately afterwards. I didn't find this very professional and I had to rush to make the appointment early on a Sunday morning. This is the second time this happened so keep an eye on your emails the day of your appointment just in case.

Staff were really lovely and friendly. The place looked beautiful. The only thing was I'm not sure my colour was washed out very well as the next time I washed it a whole lot more colour came out - enough to stain my towel even when I thought the water had run clear! Love the overall result though and can highly recommend. Price-wise still somewhat pricey IMHO for a straight colour but the salon made it worth it!

I booked for a cut and Balayage; the colour was very good but I was very disappointed with my haircut. I showed a picture to the hairdresser and they spent a very short amount of time cutting my hair and it ended up with little shape and being very layered and feathered at the front which is precisely the look and cut I did not want and was why I showed a picture of what I did want. It felt like a very dated haircut and as though they did not try to emulate what I had asked for.
