The staff were lovely and the lady doing my hair sat and went over the colours I wanted in detail, I feel like she really made an effort to get a good idea of it. I did get bayalage however and felt there was literally no difference between this and the usual style of my highlights. Turned out very good colours and a nice cut. My only gripe is that I was charged £20 extra, not for toner as mentioned on here, but for "glossy colour". I had not asked for this nor been told this would cost more until AFTER all my highlights had been applied! It's a shame because it was an otherwise lovely visit, just make sure you don't have to pay for extras without realising it.

I had a great deep tissue massage - my therapist Andra was polite, friendly and a very good masseuse. She checked with me throughout the treatment and altered her work to accommodate my specific requests. I came away with my back feeling much less tense and felt very relaxed for the rest of the evening. Will definitely be going back!
