This is the second time I had come to the salon, and yet again didn't disappoint. I had a balyage cut and colour with Layla, she was incredible. Had a glass of champagne whilst I was there, the best way to spent a Saturday I think! Love the hair! Highly recommend and will be back soon.

I received exceptional customer service at the salon. I was well taken care of by first of all being offered a drink. The hairdresser called Esmere made me feel very comfortable and was gentle in her approach and did an excellent job of cutting my hair I explained that I had a posh dinner in the evening and she took the time to pin up my hair so it wouldn't get ruined in the rain on the way home. My hair did look fantastic for the evening. Can't believe what great value for money the salon is. I highly recommend it

I have been here several times for massages with Andra and she is simply the best! The staff are always so welcoming, cannot do enough for you, and i always leave feeling relaxed and pampered.

The salon was lovely and clean, although the place where they do nails is also the massage / waxing room. So, I was made to have a pedicure laying on a table, which was awkward. It wasn't so bad, but for £60 Gel Manicure and Pedicure, it wasn't worth it. Nails were sloppy, didn't cut them right or but the skin. Went for rounded nail shape but she went to short and my fingers just looked like nubs. I might come here and try other services like hair, but their nails services just seem like an afterthought. The technician was very nice though and was OK with me telling her to fix things, but I shouldn't have to do that.
