I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, I had a very good experience and especially loved how beautifully my hair come out. They greeted me with champagne and my favourite biscuits and added in a really nice head message. I honestly didn't expect such a good service at such a discount, can't wait to go back.

My appointment was fantastic! I am not a fan of going to the hair dresser - and I picked this one because of the look and reviews. I wanted a 'balayage' look and went through photos with the hairdresser. We agreed on a 'look' which I think was a bit different from what I paid for ( I had highlights not balayage) - then I had some add-ons, like root tint and toner - then I did chose to have a keratin treatment at the same time so my spend for the day was pretty pricey! But having said that - I LOVE the hair! The colour, the cut and straightening treatment all great. The ladies in the salon were lovely - attentive and friendly - the salon itself is calm and relaxing - if you pay a lot of money then you wan the whole experience to be of value. I will be going back!
