A really friendly and warm environment with lovely staff and a nice convivial atmosphere. Staff were very attentive throughout and I never went without a drink. My stylist was really thorough in our consultation and made sure I was happy with everything throughout the process. My only gripe was that I had paid £50 for the service already and ended up paying another £50 through up-selling a toner (which I'm sure I probably did need, to be fair) and balayage from ombre (£16 more expensive) and a blow dry. So I effectively paid double what I had originally anticipated. I am very happy with the result though and would recommend the salon to friends.
