I had a lovely few hours having my hair done. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive offering me a massive glass of champagne and also a selection of teas. Andy worked on my hair and was an absolute artist with it. We had a consultation period before and then he beautifully coloured my hair and the cut is just perfect! The only thing that caught me by surprise is that toners are an extra £20 which I assumed would be part of the offer as they are a necessity . Apart from that I had a lovely experience and will be back!

lovely cut and gorgeous colour! i hadn't had a balayage before but was made to feel like part of the family the minute i walked in, with in-depth chats about what specific colour i wanted. The only slight disappointment was that i was told during my treatment that some people may need a toner as an additional service which was never mentioned beforehand so paying the extra was a small shock. Nevertheless, i had a lovely time here, would definitely return!
p.s. the head massage was to die for.
