lovely cut and gorgeous colour! i hadn't had a balayage before but was made to feel like part of the family the minute i walked in, with in-depth chats about what specific colour i wanted. The only slight disappointment was that i was told during my treatment that some people may need a toner as an additional service which was never mentioned beforehand so paying the extra was a small shock. Nevertheless, i had a lovely time here, would definitely return! p.s. the head massage was to die for.
