I had the Opalex treatment and haircut which I was really happy with. Felt well looked after and liked the end result.

I was really excited to get this done, got the Balayage with cut treatment. However after reading all the good reviews I expected much better. I was treated sub-par, the whole treatment was rushed no care taken from beginning to end and this was from the senior stylist! She didn't even know what I booked in for, and tried to charge me extra.
BTW if you're getting your hair coloured you will be charged an extra £45 regardless.
The colour I came out with was not what I asked for, was so disappointed. Even after showing a picture of what I wanted and selecting a colour she thought her opinion was more important than mine. I now have to deal with this colour and the fact that I had paid money for something I didn't end up with. And the cut, was barely a cut and I still have spilt ends!
What a waste of time and money, never been so disappointed at a salon before.
Other staff seemed nice, it was unfortunate that I had someone who didn't care.

Lovely salon with great atmosphere. I had booked a manicure and pedicure separately, but they managed to save me time by doing my nails and feet at the same time. The quality of both treatments was excellent and the ladies (Holly and Mary) were lovely. Will definitely be returning soon.
