Wonderful staff who took the time to find out what i wanted and talked me through the process as we went along. Great atmosphere and they look after their clients offering them a special experience (much enjoyed glass of bubbly!) as well as a great hair cut. Balayage and cut were both excellent.

My hairdresser was Andy and he was BRILLIANT. The customer service was also absolutely fab. Normally when I do my hair, the hairdresser underestimates how long it will take and then rushes it. But I was there for 3 hours while they got it absolutely right. I love it and will 100% be going back.
