Not as good as last time. I found the male hair stylist to be quite rude actually which was surprising given how lovely the female staff were the last time.

First time at Crystalise Salon, on arrival I was offered a drink and made to feel at ease with all the friendly staff, James was my stylist and after a colour and cut consultation the master got to work, I showed James a few photos on the colour I wanted to achieve (which I thought was impossible after the last very bad colour experience I had) James knew exactly what I wanted to achieve (natural sun kissed hair) and that's exactly what I got, the colour is perfect not a brassy strand insight, throughout my cut and colour James kept me informed on what he was doing and made me feel like he had been cutting my hairs for years, the cut is excellent have had so many compliments, I can honestly fully recommend James and this Salon, just wish I could post a before and after pic, thanks James and will see you again in 12 weeks
