I had a manicure and pedicure. they were running late when I arrived but kept me watered with a couple of glasses of bubbly. when I did go into my appointment 2 assistants saw me at once so I got my hands and toes done at the same time to catch up on time :) great mani and pedi the only negative feed back I would give is that they don't have pedicure chairs so you sit on a massage table.

I have been coming here 4 times already and colouring service is always great. This time they where done very well, but I wish he asked me for the color before as he said he did a silver shampoo to get rid of the brass colour just after he did it, but actually I prefer a more golden tone so this time the colour is not as I wanted it.. still great professionalism and friendly staff. Next time I want to discuss the colour more precisely. Also the head massage was shorter than usual. Thanks anyway and yes I do recommend the place for sure!

I wasn't 100% happy with my visit, mainly as I was told that I needed to pay an extra £20 for a toner that was essential but wasn't covered with the price I had paid on treatwell. If the hairdressers does consider this essential, I really feel that this should be clear when booking or increase the price on the booking so it includes it. I think otherwise the price is misleading. The hairdresser was very forceful to have it done and it did need a few washes with silver shampoo until the colour settled and blended in with the rest of my hair. I did have a glass of champagne which was a lovely touch but shame about the other thing. Not sure if I would go back.
