Such friendly staff, felt really well taken care of and the cut and colour was absolutely amazing. They gave me great advice on products and after care and will definitely come back!
I thought I had booked a mani but it was a pedi. Unfortunately the toe nails took a long time to dry and I smudged my big toe. When I return I will ask Holly to re-varnish it. No doubt I will return very soon for another shellac mani and then in a little while for another pedicure. The staff are wonderful, and Holly is inspiring. They cannot make enough fuss of their customers. I love it there.
Booked in for a manicure and pedicure because the reviews were so great and it totally lived up to expectations. All the staff were welcoming when I went in and Holly was absolutely lovely! I felt so relaxed and comfortable throughout my treatment and my nails look fab! Will definitely be back!
I went to Crystalise for balayage and olaplex after home dying my hair for a year and not having had a cut in 6 months. When I arrived the staff were super friendly and brought a drink while waiting. The colourist was fantastic, brought the colour book and listened to what I wanted. It's worth noting if you want the roots done too then that costs extra but it was reasonable - I think about £40, and toner is £20 extra. I was a bit nervous going with my hair in such bad condition but all of the staff were so lovely I didn't feel uncomfortable at all, and I was so happy with the outcome - it actually looked like different hair! The olaplex treatment improved the condition of my hair, and had I had a cut aswell I think my split ends would have been completely repaired. It was good enough that I bought a bottle to bring home. Thanks again to the staff for a great experience, when I'm in London again I will be back!
