Excellent service! I had highlights and a blow dry - love it!

I booked in for a balayage and haircut a few weeks ago. I wanted a bit of change so I got a fringe cut. Everyone seemed nice at the salon. But the outcome wasn’t exactly what I expected. I liked the style of the cut, and initially thought it was all ok. But then at home and the next day I could see my hair properly. I wanted some blonder balayage in my hair that blended in well with my hair colour. Instead I got some awful looking streaks that looked horrible after the first wash. It looked like I had regrown yellow highlights in my hair that needed to be done after a few months. It also looked like someone spilled bleach on both sides of my hair – it looked patchy and awful. They clearly don’t know here what balayage is.
Apart from the colour, the haircut was also quite asymmetric (on one side the front is much shorter). After telling them what has gone wrong, they offered to ‘fix’ it. But how can they fix it if they messed it up in the first place? All they could do was to tone down the colour in my hair, but they couldn’t do anything about the asymmetric cut. They just told me I had to wait until it grows back... The colour fix still wasn’t balayage, but more like an ombre.
I paid a lot for this service, on top of the cut & colour I had to pay for the toner that should be included in the price of the balayage if you want to achieve the right colour (which they didn’t even achieve) and also they made me pay for the Olaplex treatment that is a waste of money in my opinion as my hair still looked frizzy afterwards.
The place is overpriced for what they give. I would not recommend this place.
