This was my first balayage and the whole experience was great - I really felt that I was listened to during the consultation and reassured the whole way through that it could be toned down if I thought it was too blonde - the end result was wonderful, the colour was really well integrated with zero stripyness and blends into my natural colour perfectly. I did opt for the additional £30 oplex treatment and toner was an additional £20 so it ended up being a lot more than the initial £120.
