The lady who cut and blow dried my hair was great! She gave me a great cut and I was amazed by the blow dry as there was no need for straighteners, only a hairdryer (never had this before as my hair is thick and curly). I was going to a wedding the next day and it only needed a tiny bit of touching up. At the end she also gave me a candle as a birthday gift which was so sweet! I’d like to know her name actually to ask for her again.
The only downside was the initial arrival and hair wash. I was robed up and sat down, but then had to wait for the lady to go and have a cigarette break before my hair was washed. I would have preferred to sit and wait in the reception bit as it felt a bit odd waiting for her to come back. She then left my hair wash midway through to do something on her phone and then looked like she was having an argument/rant to the man at reception when she came back up before then finishing my hair. Completely understand she must have had something going on, but I felt like it could have been handled a bit more professionally and not in front of clients.
