Disappointed I didn't get the service I paid for. It was supposed to be Lycon hot wax but the beautician said she would start with medium wax (not to say strip wax) to save time.. but when I asked for Lycon it turned out she couldn't do it..

I really enjoyed meeting the owner and having her cut my hair. She was friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about shapes and products. I intend to go back
