I tried to book an appointment using a voucher gifted by my friend. The lady on the phone was very rude. She repeatedly told me to call back after 10 minutes, and when I did, I was met with more rudeness and dismissive behavior. At one point, she hung up on me. It was very frustrating and unprofessional.
On the day of the spa visit, I was kept in the steam room for a very long time at extremely high heat. When I said I wanted to leave, I was told to stay longer, which made me very uncomfortable.
The scrub treatment felt rushed and poorly done — it lasted about 5 minutes, which is far too short for a full body scrub. The foam treatment that should have felt like a massage was also very disappointing. I asked for a coffee mask but a honey mask was applied instead without checking with me.
After that, I was hurried out while still covered with the clay mask and sent to the shower area, where the floor was very slippery from the product, which felt unsafe.
Overall, the visit did not feel relaxing or professional. Between the customer service, hygiene concerns, rushed treatments, and safety issues, I would not recommend this place. I strongly suggest checking cleanliness and recent reviews before booking.
I had the pleasure of having a hammam done by Mayss, beautifully spirited lady, experienced, patient, confident and friendly.
An amazinggggg experience. I felt totally relaxed and comfortable.
Mayss asked about the pressure to ensure comfortability which was considerate.
An all round pleasurable hammam.
Thank you Mayss, I am definitely ready for my holiday now.

My appointment was booked from 6:30 to 8:00 (90 minutes), but the service started late and I was still rushed to leave before 8. I was kept in the steam room for too long, and the actual hammam treatment lasted less than 30 minutes. After that, I was pushed to go shower and then left waiting there for quite a while with no guidance.
There is no proper cooling/rest room — I had to go straight to get dressed. While I was changing, staff spoke to me rudely through the door saying “we close at 8,” without even knocking first, which felt very disrespectful.
The changing room itself was filthy and poorly arranged. The lockers/boxes did not close properly and the layout felt like a corridor with curtains. Even though it was supposed to be women’s day, I could hear men behind the curtain area, which made me uncomfortable.
Overall, the place felt unclean, disorganized, and very rushed. Based on my experience, it did not feel worth the money.

My everyday glasses were stolen from the spa by either the customers who were in the changing rooms/tea area at the same time or a staff member (as they kept steaming up and didn’t notice them fall out of my bag). Despite mentioning this to the staff immediately once my friend helped me search my bag outside + leaving a voicemail with the venue a week later, nobody has contacted me since which is disgusting as I’m over £200+ out of pocket, let alone the inconvenience of not being able to see whilst new ones are ordered!
It’s such a shame as it was my second time coming here (last in 2023 which was also pleasant) for a friend’s birthday and the actual hammam wasn’t bad at all. Mayss (the masseuse) was lovely and I would genuinely recommend her, but I’m appalled by the business’s refusal to do anything but “sorry, we’ll let to know if we find them” and proceed to ignore me. AVOID!
Rohnia and Maize did our hammam treatment tonight. I must say that we've been to your hammam so many times but the two ladies today were absolutely excellent. It is actually one of our best experience to date. They were very meticulous in their techniques, took their time to give a good massage and very detailed in their scrubbing and very careful. They made sure our faces weren't full of soap also. In conclusion both ladies were so good - they deserve a mention. We will ask for them again when we go back to Crystal spa. Thank you.
