I arrived for my appointment and the shutters were down so I booked to go to another place due to being in a rush. Got a call from owner to say they were open but this was not true. I was made to feel rubbish for not attending but if you have an appointment booked at least show up a little earlier (more than 5 mins before your client is due to arrive) and at least apologise rather than make your potential customer feel rubbish.
