Unfortunately Salon was closed when I arrived for my appointment, and had to phone to get the Salon opened some twenty minutes late. Noochine (Owner) advised me that the Salon has been closed due to flooding, and Treatwell should not have taken my booking as they had been told about the closure, so apparently not the fault of the Salon.

Do not book this salon. I booked my appointment on the day of, said they had availability. When I got there at my appointment time the salon was closed. Called the numebr on the door and they said they had closed the salon for the day (2 hours before their advertised closing time on their door) and that they couldn’t do my treatment. I’ve contacted them about a refund and the my refuse to give me.

I went there at the allocated appointment time to find the salon closed. I called the number on the shop front and they said they had cancelled as there was a problem. Didn’t say what the problem was and didn’t notify me before hand. I wanted to get my nails done for a special occasion and unfortunately I was unable to do so as they let me down. I will not be going back.
