Bright, fresh beautifully scented therapy space. The therapist was smiley and pleasant so made me feel very comfortable. I am definitely going again, can highly recommend !!

I have been to crystal beauty lounge twice and both experiences have been fantastic. I'm normally not the type of person who goes for beauty treatments but crystal made my experience enjoyable. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable, and the treatment room is beautifully decorated, with complimentary drinks, all in all it made me feel at ease.
She takes her time talking to you by giving you valuable advise and guidance before each new treatment, to ensure you understand and happy to carry on. I had waxing, the shrinking violet and full body massage treatment, which was brilliant. Excellent customer service and brilliant treatment. Highly recommend and definitely will be coming back as a regular customer!

Not the grandest building, but once you're in the treatment suite the ambience is lovely. Crystal was knowledgeable and provided a great massage. Would definitely go there again. Thank you

Lovely therapist, explains all really well. Her massage strokes really helped my painful knotty shoulders, her firm hands and undoubtable experience meant I felt lighter, relaxed and knot free. Possibly the best back massage I've ever had! Will be returning asap.
