Wonderful! From start to finish it was a great experience. I was welcomed, explained what the treatment would be and made to feel relaxed from the moment I arrived. I was a bit unsure about the venue but it was easy to find and most important it was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. Both the facial and massage were great, the massage in particular was excellent, the pressure was firm as requested and relieved the tension in my shoulders.

Lunch time express facials are a must in the grimy city environment and for a cost effective neals yard facial with crystal head on over as you will no doubt be pleasantly surprised. It's situated by the BT tower and I walk there from the office to enjoy the bliss of a lunch time express - loved it - going back regularly...
